Challenge: Citizen Reporting Mechanism
Citizens don't have an easy way to report problems with city facilities or to get status updates regarding when something will be fixed.
The solution should provide an easy and intuitive way for citizens to report problems and receive updates on the progress of reported items. Proper departments within the city should be notified based on the type of report with an interface for the department to provide updates and status reports on the solution.
